Shram Logistics Solutions (“Shram,” “we,” “us”) operates shramlogistics.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at info@shramlogistics.com.
We collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this site — such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details you include about your freight, lanes, agency, or a report. Depending on the form, that covers quote requests, load inquiries, agent applications, join inquiries, and Fraud Guard reports.
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure also receives basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view — in ordinary server logs.
We do not sell your personal information, and this site does not run third-party advertising or ad tracking.
This site runs on a small set of providers that process information on our behalf: Webflow (website hosting), Tally (form processing), and Google Workspace (business email). When you submit a form, your responses are processed by Tally and delivered to our team’s email.
This site keeps cookies to a minimum and uses no advertising cookies. Embedded services — such as the forms — may set cookies that are necessary for them to function.
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, maintain ordinary business records, and meet legal obligations — then delete or anonymize them.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you’ve submitted at any time by emailing info@shramlogistics.com. Where state privacy laws — such as California’s — give you additional rights, we honor them.
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and work with established providers, limiting access to the people who need it. No website or transmission method is 100% secure.
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
